1. The Service

FlameOS is a self-hosted growth operating system. You run it on your own infrastructure and you remain responsible for your data, backups, and compliance.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the outbound features in compliance with applicable anti-spam and data-protection law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA). You will not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk communications.

3. Your data

Your data remains yours. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or train models on it.

4. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months or USD $100.
